Our receptionist is quite organized and very rarely makes mistakes. However, when mistakes do happen, they're hard to fix. For instance, this morning she called me up to tell me that she had accidentally booked a session for me on Thursday (I'm only available Fridays - and one Sunday this month). Since she doesn't have any way to get ahold of the person (and he never emailed me), he's going to be quite disappointed on Thursday. So, if you ARE the person who booked for Thursday, email me - And, for everyone else, PLEASE send me an email before prebooking appointments!

Let's review the multiple reasons why you should email me before coming in:

1. It will help you avoid disappointment. I'll let you know if we're not a good match and recommend someone who is.
2. I might have a fabulous outfit just right for the type of session you desire at home.
3. It'll give us a chance to discuss the session and give me time to come up with fun ideas.
4. Because it makes me happy.
